Brittany Feria is a senior program manager at Amazon and now a children’s book author! She got her bachelor’s in accounting from Michigan Technological University and her MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She lives in California with her husband, their two small children, and their dog, Loki, but they are moving to Wisconsin to be closer to family. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, building sandcastles at the beach, and reading. She was inspired to write Sammy Goes to the Doctor to show her son what to expect at the doctor. Sammy is based on her goldendoodle who was her son’s best friend prior to passing away from cancer.
